Benefit's Stay Don't Stray Primer

Are you in search of the perfect eyeshadow primer? This is IT! I gotta give this 5 stars. Not only is this an eyeshadow primer but a concealer primer as well... 2 in 1 deal, gotta love it! It has a medium consistency which I find can act as a concealer itself. I'm not one to use primer for concealer, but using this under the eye prior to concealer GUARANTEES to hide under eye bags and discoloration. I prefer this primer over other primers for eyeshadow because its consistency holds the colors of eyeshadows true to itself.
